This highly effective and balanced programme of spiritual development was devised by Richard’s teacher, western master of yoga Dr George King, which will introduce you to an inspiring series of spiritual secrets that have the power to transport you to the higher states of consciousness.

The first day will be about active spiritual expression: sending power out to inspire and uplift, creating good karma, and charging yourself up with dynamic healing energy. Activities include:

• Practising the sacred science of mantra yoga
• Discovering how to change your karma
• Sending out power to others for healing and guidance
• Dynamic Prayer
• Enhancing your personal magnetism
• Yoga breathing for revitalisation 

The second day will focus on contacting the sacred power within oneself. Activities will include:

• Improving concentration
• Mystic visualisation
• Psychic powers
• Understanding and using your intuition
• Practising ancient breathing techniques designed to raise the mysterious power of kundalini
• Experiencing inner peace
