Richard does not regard himself as qualified to teach any methods relating to kundalini with the exception of those published in the book he co-authored with Dr George King, Realize Your Inner Potential. He has used the practices contained in this book for decades and without them he would not have reached this stage.
In the light of this he is not advising anyone to use the techniques described in these diaries except those which were taught by or through Dr King. He also recommends aspirants to follow Dr King’s guidance in relation to mental and physical health, personal conduct and especially the overall priority of living a life of service to others.
